Game Boy World 1990 Vol. 1: Now in print

By G.B. World, May 2, 2016

The first chapter of Game Boy World 1990 is now available in book form!

Game Boy World 1990 Vol. 1 presents complete analyses and history of nearly 50 games released in Japan and the U.S. throughout the first half of 1990, presented alongside of photographs of each game’s packaging and high-quality Super Game Boy 2-enabled screenshots. The content in this book has been adapted from the Game Boy World video series and supplemented with numerous sidebars and revisions. It’s a comprehensive chunk of portable video game history.

Game Boy World 1990 Vol. 1 comes in two different 8×10″ editions: Color or black and white. The content remains the same across both editions, and both versions of the book come printed on high-quality paper stock with a glossy cover. It’s available in paperback from Amazon.

Alternately, you can buy it directly from CreateSpace, where it’s priced the same as on Amazon but gives me more than twice the royalty. I’ve set up discount codes for people who go that route — you can use these codes on CreateSpace to save on both editions of the book!

Through CreateSpace:

For the digitally minded, a PDF edition will become available later this month.
